Southern Cross Healthcare Looking for Executive Assistant at Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
National Support Office, Auckland About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide full support to our Chief of Quality and Risk, and to assist the quality and risk team members and the clinical governance chairs in managing their day-to-day workflow/activities/priorities.

Key Accountabilities Of This Role Will Include
- Diary management and coordination
- Monitoring incoming emails
- Assist with the preparation of external and internal communications/presentations including formatting
- Support the Chief of Quality and Risk (and relevant team members) with Board requirements.
- Clinical Governance coordination
- Maintenance of financial records including the processing of invoices and reconciliation
To Be Successful You Will Need
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a busy corporate environment
- Advanced Office 365 and SharePoint skills
- Experience in governance and executive meeting minutes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and personal presentation
- Clear logical thinking, well developed time management capability, and ability to work to deadlines
- A mature, professional, and friendly demeanour
- Ability to establish and maintain great working relationships
- Advanced written English and high level of accuracy and proficiency in typing and proof reading
