Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide full executive support to the General Manager of Christchurch Hospital and our Senior Leadership Team.

This role will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the GM with the management of day-to-day workflows and activities, assisting with ad-hoc projects concerning hospital management, and being the central liaison point between the GM and the wider business.

The Personal Assistant to General Manger will be responsible for:

• Establishing, maintaining and improving hospital management systems
• Managing and coordinating the GM’s diary and communications
• Assisting the GM with the preparation of documentation and presentations
• Providing administrative support (e.g., organising travel and accommodation, minute taking)
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with recruitment and onboarding coordination and administration
• Managing various ad-hoc projects associated with hospital leadership and management
