Personal Assistant to General Manager – Two roles available Central Auckland Hospitals About The Role We are looking for 2x Personal Assistant’s to each provide full executive support to the General Manager of two of our Central Auckland Hospitals.
These roles will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the GM’s with the management of day-to-day workflows and activities, assisting with ad-hoc projects concerning hospital management, and being the central liaison point between the GM and the wider business.
The Personal Assistant to General Manger will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating the GM’s diary and inbox within Outlook
- Assisting the GM with the preparation of documentation
- Providing administrative support (e.g., organising travel and accommodation, minute taking)
- Supporting collaboration between GM, Senior Leadership Team and Board Members
- Maintaining the company credit card on behalf of the GM
- Assisting with hospital management project work when required
To be a part of the team you will need:
- Experience within a similar role and with senior level executives
- Good written and verbal communication skills and personal presentation
- Mature, professional, and friendly demeanour
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Flexibility with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Proactive and solution-based thinking
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and work within minimum supervision
