Our hospital in Invercargill provides services to around 3,000 patients annually, has 26 in-patient beds and a day surgery unit accommodating up to 15 patients per session.

About the role:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Administration team. This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.

To be successful you will need:

• A professional, friendly, warm manner with a customer-focused approach
• Be well-presented, have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent written and verbal English and highly competent data entry skills
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and with accuracy
• Be able to multi-task whist remaining calm and thorough under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Previous experience in the health sector would be a definite advantage
