Lead Medical Office Specialist

The position available is for a Lead Medical Office Specialist. The ideal candidate will have one or more years experience in Medical/Chiropractic/Dental office. The candidate may also have the equivalence in training or education that would include: medical/dental office receptionist, billing and coding specialist, patient accounts, scheduling, insurance coordinator, and/or medical or dental assistant training.
The ideal candidate will be: energetic, detail oriented, organized, have an enthusiastic approach to customer service, a cheerful demeanor, exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills, professional appearance, and be a team player.
Basic responsibilities include: -Outrageous customer service skills -Ability to work in a self-directed environment -High level of organizational skills -Greeting patients with a smile -Scheduling patients and collecting payment -Verifying and billing insurance; data entry; accounts receivable management -Confidence in presenting treatment and services -Ability to problem solve and multi-task -Maintaining the cleanliness of the office-Building and maintaining relationships with patients

Compensation ranges from $27,000-$38,000 annual salary, depending upon experience.
