Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare Hiring for Data Entry Specialist Job at Evansville, IN Full Time

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist to add to our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. This position provides data entry and tracking for purposes of SAMHSA grant reporting.

This part-time position will have a flexible schedule working approximately 20 hrs./wk. The Data Entry Specialist will primarily work remotely but must be available for occasional on-site work and departmental meetings. Only local residents will be considered.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Complete training mandated by SAMHSA grant to allow access and competent data entry in SPARS system.
• Provide timely and accurate data entry into the Federal Grant reporting site SPARS.
• Track participants initial, 6-month, and 12-month reporting entries.
• Assist team with facilitating ongoing tracking of data gathering to assure grant requirements are met.

WHAT’S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One to two years relevant office experience.
• Experience in data entry or transcription services desirable.
• Advanced keyboarding and Microsoft Office suite competencies are required.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
