The Work You’ll Do
As an integral part of the North America Partners & Alliances Team, the Senior Partner Manager will build and manage channel relationships with target SIs, consulting, and tax & advisory firms in Mexico. The Senior Partner Manager will develop the territory strategy, identify and onboard new partners, grow existing partners, and drive incremental referral and resell opportunities through new and existing partners.

More specifically, you will:
Consistently deliver new revenue and meet established bookings quotas by selling with and through partners.
Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-focused sales opportunities.
Actively engage with existing & new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos Tax Compliance solutions.
Educate and mobilize internal teams to promote partner sales objectives.
Work with marketing to implement successful demand generation campaigns with and through partners.
Responsible for the overall onboarding, enablement, engagement, account mapping and overall partner business plan for each targeted partner.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with partners.
Partner management to include defining, forecasting, developing, and monitoring partner performance goals and objectives.
Work with legal to develop and execute partner agreements.
Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external partner satisfaction.
What We Need From You
Strong knowledge of ERP ecosystems and experience establishing relationships with SIs, consulting firms, and Tax firms (desirable).
Knowledge to recognize and grow joint value propositions and use cases.
Contract negotiation experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
History of successfully selling SaaS solutions.
Successful record of managing partnerships and interacting with senior executives.
Position requires travel as needed for partner meetings, trade shows, events, and special projects as well as domestic to Sovos locations and events
Utilize technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements
