We are seeking customer inspired IT professionals to join our team, delivering superior service and solutions to our large Health and Corporate customers. You will need to be up for a fast-paced inbound call center environment where you’ll be solving technical problems and logging accurate information whilst delivering expert customer service on every call.

On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:

• Experience with computers and technology – IT qualification preferred.
• Customer service experience where you’ll love handling the tough technical stuff.
• Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone and email.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining these to end users in basic terms.
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Great teamwork skills
