Spark New Zealand Looking for Customer Representative – Affiliates Team at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

An exciting opportunity has opened in the amazing innovative programme as a customer representative. This role allows you to work and engage with people and businesses across New Zealand.

As a Customer Representative, you are an outbound telephone sales professional. A valued member of the Affiliate programme, you thrive on delivering results. You will be selling and servicing the needs of franchise owners/operators as well as contractors/agents delivering against business objectives

You will drive preference across Spark and you will retain and achieve growth targets for associated products and services.

We are looking for someone with telemarketing experience, who is customer-focused and goal orientated. You are comfortable working as part of a team and in assuming a lead role when required. You will have solid communication and negotiation skills, be achievement orientated and have the ability to focus on outcomes.

You are passionate about working in a sales environment and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest technology.
