About the role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As part of our Experience Design Domain, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional digital experiences for our users. You will work closely with our product team, development team and fellow designers to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems and drive business outcomes. Working across cross-functional agile squads focused on the discovery, design, development and delivery of Spark’s products and services. You’ll help squads deliver winning customer experiences by growing a culture of customer obsession, and by re-orientating business practices to focus directly on customer outcomes.

About you:

You are a designer with strong experience in digital. You have a passion for design and a deep understanding of user-centred design principles. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create effective design solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that meet business and user needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in design or a related field
• Demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency with Figma
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with front-end development is a plus
• Believe you have got what it takes to succeed in the Agile world
