Sparling East Medical Centre Hiring for Office Manager Job at Fernie Full Time

Duties Include: Answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful and efficient manner. Maintain electronic medical records. Update demographics and chart details, scan important documents, schedule appointments. Perform and complete tasks and referrals as initiated by the physician. Minor laboratory duties. Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required. Process payroll twice a month and pay all clinic bills.

Requirements: Medical Office Assistant Program Certificate and Medical Terminology are an asset. Experience with Electronic Medical Records System and billing is an asset. Customer service experience a must. Good written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of medical clinic operations. Self-motivator, team player, discrete personality.
