Spartan Logistics Hiring for Warehouse Associate at Columbus, Ohio Full Time

Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model: We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment. We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more. With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 3 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Texas and Arkansas.

As a Warehouse Associate working at Spartan Logistics, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders by reading a pick ticket for individual items to be moved, gathered, and shipped. Some positions require the use of a Forklift or Pallet Jack. Experience not required. We will train you!

Day Shift Hours, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Starting pay $14-16.00 per hour, based on expereince.

$250 Sign On Bonus

Requirements

• Good character and integrity! Because of the high-value inventory, character and integrity will not be compromised. This position will stay until the job is done correctly.

• Ability to stand on feet entire 8-hour shift bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with data entry.

• Detail oriented.

• Shipping/receiving/warehousing experience preferred, but not required.

• Must wear steel-toed boots and adhere to all safety requirements.
