Main Street – Cannon Falls, Minnesota 55009 Job Description: Position Summary: Responsible for the management and operation of the pharmacy department at a store level, including but not limited to prescriptions, inventory control, customer service, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhering to company policies and management of pharmacy staff. Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience 5 years supervisory experience Certification may be preferred Responsibilities: * Manage managers and exempt associates * Accountable for performance and results of multiple related teams * Policy formation for their area Identifies and solves complex problems – proactive * Persuades others * Communication with cross-functional teams, vendors, customers, leaders * Typically 3-7 direct reports including a Manager 1 Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
