SPEC Hiring for Recruiting Assistant / Admin 100% remote at Durham, NC Full Time

Spec On The Job is looking for a Recruiting Assistant.

You will be responsible for both helping to organize, and collect pre-employment documents and screenings for newly hired employees. This is a fast paced job, but accuracy will be key.

We are looking for someone who can start working immediately. Work form home. This job is 100% remote.

Shift: 9:00AM-5:00PM PST (Noon-8PM EST)

Keys To Success:

• Good attention to detail
• Not afraid to talk on the phone
• Able to work well with little direct supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, and Gmail

Requirements:

• Experience with administrative/clerical work
• Highly organized
• Experience in recruiting preferred (but not required)
