SPEC Hiring for Recruiting Assistant / Admin at Tucson, AZ Full Time

Spec On The Job is looking for a Recruiting Assistant.

You will be responsible for both helping to organize, and collect pre-employment documents and screenings for newly hired employees. This is a fast paced job, but accuracy will be key. History of working with Tenstreet applications moves to the head of the line.

We are looking for someone who can start working immediately. Work form home. This job is 100% remote.

Shift: 9:00AM-5:00PM PST (Noon-8pm EST)

Keys To Success:

• Good attention to detail
• Not afraid to talk on the phone
• Able to work well with little direct supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, and Gmail

Requirements:

• Experience with administrative/clerical work
• Highly organized
• Experience in recruiting preferred (but not required)
