You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to build effective processes for administration and coordination of program and marketing activities, contributing to the overall success of the Specialisterne program. The successful candidate is empathetic with a passion for people and diversity and demonstrates this through the decisions they make every day.Type of contract: Full-time, permanentSalary: $45,000 – $50,000Start date: May 2022Location: United States – Remote position – Eastern Standard Time (EST)Application deadline: May 13, 2022Here’s what you’ll do:

• Support nation-wide recruitment and advertisement campaigns to source and attract candidates for participation in Specialisterne hiring programs
• Develop relationships and sourcing strategies with post-secondary institutions and community organizations across the USA to engage and expand Specialisterne’s pool of talent
• Maintain a growing connection to the Specialisterne talent community by keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new avenues of connecting with audiences
• Provide guidance and support to candidates to ensure a comfortable recruitment life cycle experience
• Conduct initial screenings to shortlist and schedule candidates for participation in Specialisterne assessment activities
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes with the objective of making Talent Acquisition efforts efficient and effective
• Maintain and update Specialisterne’s Applicant Tracking System (Jazz HR) in order to ensure accurate records

About you:

• You have a degree or diploma in business, marketing, human resource management and/or related fields, or equivalent experience
• You have a strong interest in talent sourcing and recruitment, and are interested in continuing to develop your skills in this area
• You have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to establish rapport and build relationships with partners, clients and candidates
• You possess excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage large amounts of candidate data

Nice to Have:

• Experience of communicating and/or working with neurodivergent or autistic individuals
• Ability to communicate (written, verbal) in French
