We’re looking for a passionate Front End Software Engineer to join our growing team and help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. As a Front End Software Engineer, you will build tools that bridge the gap from spreadsheets to automated systems so that sales teams can have fast feedback and accurate information. The frontend teams at Spiff build a polished and intuitive experience for users that are learning to use their new engineering skills.
The Designer Team owns the experiences where users design, build, deploy and visualize their comprehensive commission and payment plans. We own the development of an in-house programming language and its corresponding user interface. Because of this unique and deep domain, we have the opportunity to dig into client-side performance, business concerns, and usability challenges that are uniquely deep and rewarding.

At Spiff Inc. we are committed to equal pay and opportunities. In order to provide full transparency, the salary range for this position is USD 125,000 – 150,000 per annum for all candidates based in the US. This role is eligible for equity.
