Responsibilities
Build strong relationship with multiple stakeholders both internally and external of the company to provide scalable physical and psychological health solutions, and make strong impacts on the company’s growth and the wellbeing of its people.

• The subject matter expert in employee wellbeing.
• Develop clear program roadmaps, milestone and global program updates
• Work with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy to ensure alignment across regions.
• Provide support and guidance and engage on regular basis with vendor partner managers and Wellbeing leads to review staff wellbeing programming outcomes.
• Review existing program structure of partner vendors, and ensure alignment with requirements outlined within the statement of work

Requirements

• Min 10 years’ experience in project management leading work streams/projects within larger programmes.
• Ability to read and interpret Wellbeing data findings
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the health/wellness fields
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
• Willingness to travel
• Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
