About Our Client:
 
Our client is a Billion-Dollar MNC and a Global Leader within the High-Technology industry. They are experts in the development and innovative production of a wide variety of equipment for reputable customers.  They command a significant market share in the industry by means of integrating state-of-the-art technology with an efficient operations to ensure that the organization’s global supply chain and manufacturing strategy meet internal requirements to deliver agreed targets within the organization. They are currently seeking for an inquisitive Strategic Business Planning Analyst to drive the performance management function globally and support the Group’s strategic business programs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Reporting directly to the Strategy & Operations Associate Director you will be:

• Lead the strategic development and growth of the Performance Management & Reporting division
• Act as a Key Player in driving strategic business planning:
  • Review and develop operational rhythm for the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review across the Group 
  • Execute the business strategy by conduct analysis across various Cross Functional teams / Business Units etc, provide and present insights to recommend windows of opportunities and gaps to work on
  • Develop communications on the analysis (reports / data visualization / excel / powerpoint)  and present insights to the Executive management team 
• Review and develop succinct and clear reporting, KPIs metrics across the Group 

Candidate Profile:
 

• 4 – 10 years of relevant experience in Strategic Operations / Management Consulting / Merger & Acquisition (M&A) / Corporate Strategy / Business Planning function 
• Excellent skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within deadlines
• Possess high-level structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities (familiar with the various problem-solving approach)
• You have excellent and highly commendable interpersonal skills, comfortable with executive stakeholder management
• Exposure to fast-paced and ambiguous High-Tech / Advanced Technology / Bioscience / Semiconductor manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• You are comfortable and a champion for innovation – have interest towards utilizing data for visualization and analysis
