Spring EQ is seeking a Marketing Analyst to play a critical role in the developing and automating the firm’s business intelligence needs including reports, analyses, and audience segmentation. This role is extensive and requires a passionate, ambitious individual who works well under a deadline. A successful candidate will live the customer-centric mission of Spring EQ.

• Reporting – this position will be responsible for building, automating, managing and refining Marketing’s reporting needs. Provide analysis and reporting on campaign results and recommendations for future criteria improvements directly to Marketing, Partners, & Sales leadership.

• Analyses – performing frequent ad hoc analyses across platforms and tools is an essential function of this role.

• Delivering Insights – responsible for formulating insights and business intelligence.

• Campaign/Audience Segmentation– Responsible direct marketing list pulls and campaign reports according to specifications and campaign plans provided by marketing.

• Process Documentation – Maintain documentation for critical data procedures, as well as developing and maintaining data dictionaries.

The Basics:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required from all candidates

• 4+ years of analytics experience

• 4+ years of proven experience with MS Excel, relational databases, SQL/SQL Server, and Tableau.

• 4+ years of programming (SQL, with other languages strongly preferred like Python, R, and/or SAS etc).

• Snowflake and/or HubSpot experience/knowledge is strongly preferred

• Mortgage/Fintech experience/knowledge is strongly preferred.

• An ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to build, create and innovate

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
