Sprintz Furniture Hiring for Order Entry Coordinator Job at Nashville, TN Full Time

Responsibilities:

Entering and editing Sales Orders in our retail accounting software (STORIS software),

Creating, editing, and follow up on Special Orders Purchase Orders with the correct quantities, cost, and other attributes,

Releasing the Purchase Orders to the various factories,

Posting Payments to Sales Orders,

Daily balancing and closing of Credit Card terminals,

Assisting internal and external customers with their furniture pick up (invoice printing, payment posting, order completion),

Scheduling Sales Orders for in-home delivery and collecting the require balance due at the time of scheduling,

Assisting with incoming telephone calls as needed,

Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be punctual, dependable, reliable, and accurate,

Computer literate; with the ability to learn new computer programs and processes,

At least 2 years office experience with preference given for order entry skills,

Ability to perform simple Arithmetic calculations, adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division with the aid of an electronic calculator,

Ability to answer telephones professionally, courteously, friendly, and to conduct yourself in the same manner,

Must have dependable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $37,440.00 per year
