PART TIME ROLE – 40-60 hours per month

MUST BE US Citizen

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 + years of billing experience in Federal, State & Local and Commercial contracting industry contract setting
• Either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of Unanet system
• Minimum one year as Unanet Admin for all modules
• Strong knowledge of specific Unanet functional areas:
  • Timesheets
  • Contracts and Project Profiles
  • Person Profiles
  • Organizations
  • Financials
  • Reports
  • Admin
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting principles and GAP
• Experience with government contracting and FAR compliance
• Experience administering professional services
• Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations
• Knowledge of DCAA cost accounting standards
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of accounting practices and concepts
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Proficient in Excel and Word,
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, intermediate accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

Hourly Rate: $35.00 – $50.00
