Squeeze Insurance Hiring for Personal Lines Assistant at Remote Full Time

Squeeze Insurance is licensed in all 50 states & we are expanding our team. No cold calling, no third-party referrals. We have an in-house marketing team that generates all of the leads that come into our hands. Our customers come to us ready to bind with the savings we provide.

The goal is to build strong positive relationships with our customers and to retain our current customers by providing world-class customer service. **Incomplete applications or applications without a Resume will be automatically rejected** Only hiring fully licensed agents.

Responsibilities:

• Check and distribute agency emails to correct departments
• Check and distribute agency underwriting memos from various carrier websites
• Distribute faxes
• Distribute mail
• Follow up to confirm payments and changs has processed on carrier sites
• Enter renewal/retention tasks for Customer Service
• Enter clients into management system for new business distribution
• Confirm renewals for non downloadable carriers are entered into agency management system
• Confirm agency management system reflects correct status if a policy is cancelled

Skill-Set To Be Successful:

• Must have a Florida resident (or non resident) Insurance License
• Experience with EZLynx preferred
• Knowledge of 70% of home and auto national carriers required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate great organizational and follow-up skills
• Personable, great with customers over the phone, email, and via text.
• Able to resolve client issues in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner at all times
• Effective multitasking and good at prioritizing, working with deadlines
• Patience and the ability to stay calm and friendly when assisting clients
• Independent and self-motivated. Exercises initiative sound judgment to solve problems
• You are self-motivated and provide timely and accurate service to our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
