Who you will be working with:
The Squiz product team is working to deliver a cloud-based SaaS digital experience platform (DXP). You will be part of the Funnelback team to deliver capabilities in the Application Insights squad.

We have created this role to support the long-term product vision with the purpose of leading strategic deliveries of the search capability.

Whether you are a Mid / Senior Engineer, we’re open to your background and diverse technical skills. Here’s what would be nice to have:

• Experience in delivering software using Java and Angular
• Experience with AWS Cloud technologies (Desirable)
• Proven experience with CI/CD – (Desirable)
• Ideally experience in delivering scalable SaaS product
• Willingness to bring your experience and ideas to the team and collaborate on the best outcome
• Have a forward-thinking attitude and help drive search technology to the next level
• A self-motivated individual who communicates and articulates well

What you would do:

• Work to define and enhance the technical vision and strategies
• Help to continuously improve engineering standards and practices
• Contribute to the end-to-end solutions to solve business challenges
• Create, maintain and improve code in our products, platform and supporting tooling
• Produce robust software which meets all technical and non-technical requirements
• Collaborate with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and provide estimates
• Provide mentorship to junior/new team members
• Participate in Engineering Guild for knowledge sharing
• Commit to self learning and grow with the company
