SRG Hiring for Warehouse Manager at Stillwater, MN Full Time

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager at our growing manufacturing company! We are a worldwide manufacturer focused medical device manufacturing and looking for someone to help with our warehouse logistics for MULTIPLE SITES! We have 3 locations in Eastern, MN and Western, WI that you would be responsible for… but don’t worry, you will be home for dinner! No overnight travel required!

Our Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective forward and reverses flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers’ requirements.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages warehouse inventories, existing items and new products to include ensuring material availability is maintained.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products between manufacturing sites and the offsite warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
• Create and/or maintain import/export compliance manuals.
• Conduct annual audits of trade compliance program, policies, and procedures. Standardize and enforce best practice methods across the company.
• Collaborate with Purchasers, Sales, Engineers and Freight Forwarders for best shipping method of imported goods.
• Coordinate with internal compliance resources.
• Maintain records of inventory/product/material with a focus on aging items.
• Ensures lot number accuracy from point of acceptance into inventory.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
