This position will reside in our beautiful new state-of-the-art Corporate office located at:

7440 S. Hwy 121

McKinney, TX 75070

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answer phones and route incoming calls

• Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person

• Manage log of Guest Security Badges

• Assist Facilities Coordinator

• Other projects duties as needed

• Sort and distribute USPS mail

• Assist with Shipping (FedEx/UPS/USPS)

• Manage Parking Registrations

• Assist with Meeting Prep

• Assist our Raise the Roof Foundation Executive Director as needed

The successful candidate will have the following skill sets and attributes:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• At least 2 years of reception/admin experience

• High level of professionalism – both in demeanor and appearance.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form

• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products

• Pass background and drug screen
