SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Salt Lake City International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Rooster’s Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Panda Express and Blue Lemon.
The Administrative Assistant role is a hybrid position that supports the on-site Airport Restaurant Director and restaurant leadership team in financial, and operational based initiatives. The Administrative Assistant completes basic financial tasks such as invoice receipt, entry, and tracking and cash handling duties. This role enters daily deposits and is responsible for closing the books weekly. The Administrative Assistant may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Team management.
