At SSP we are currently recruiting for talented and experienced managers to join our teams at Dublin Airport, where we operate a variety of restaurants, bars, cafe and F&B units.

Established for more than 60 years, we operate in airports, train stations, motorway service areas and other leisure locations. We take great pride in developing our teams to provide the best food, drink and service for our customers in what it is often a very busy environment.

We are looking for managers who are passionate about all things food and beverage and who are dedicated to provide the best service to all our customers at Dublin Airport. It’s as good as running your own business but with the support and fantastic development opportunities of working with a worldwide market leading company.

As a General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Delivering operational excellence and financial results with very high standards.

• Leading, coaching and developing your team.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Every aspect affecting the P&L, whilst upholding the outstanding levels of customer service and operational standards.

To be successful you’ll need to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, managing and a diverse team of people in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong people management skills to lead, motivate and develop your team.
• Previous experience of the financial controls required when running a unit – P&L, GP, labour and waste controls, driving sales, speed of service and ATV.

In return for your skills and experience, you’ll receive a competitive salary up to €45,000 p.a.
