We are hiring a Full Time (FT) Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant (“AA”) is assigned the administrative related duties required for efficient operation of the facility, as well as all payroll, personnel, accounts payable and resident trust fund functions.

What you will do:

• Assists with new hire processing and provides guidance and direction for General Orientation, benefit enrollment, new hire packet form completion and online training platform
• Sets up and maintains new hire records in the payroll/HR software systems.
• Handles resident’s trust fund account and distributes money according to the resident’s demand, prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Assists with processing by-weekly payroll
• Relates knowledgeable information regarding admission requirements and rates

What you bring to the table:

· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date

· Must have a high school education

· Health care payroll experience is preferred, but not required.

· Will receive on-the-job training regarding proper handling of administrative matters according to formulated policies as well as offsite training at central accounting offices
