Under general supervision and according to established procedures, answers telephones, provides patient room, phone number and other general information. Receives visitors, sales representatives and others; directs them to appropriate hospital locations and/or provides general information. Performs related clerical duties. Education: a level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through high school, in order to keep records and effectively deal with others. Bi-lingual language preferred. Basic computer skills of typing 35wpm.
