ST Engineering Hiring For Executive (Accounts Receivable) at Singapore Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Review and certify day-to-day financial transactions on accounts receivable (billing and receipting).
2. Process weekly GIRO collections.
3. Monitor and follow-up on system file return status.
4. Perform compliance check on transactions on a regular basis.
5. Prepare accounts reconciliations.
6. Create vendor master records (including Interbank GIRO application).
7. Mange the handing and taking over of receipt books.
8. Prepare statutory submissions, financial statements and management reports.
9. Oversee Fixed Assets and General Ledger processes.
10. Prepare audit schedules and facilitate audit exercise.
11. Monitor and upkeep service standards and improve it constantly.
12. Provide inputs for SOP review and process enhancement.
13. Participate in operation discussions and meetings with client and assist Manager to draft discussion and meeting notes.
14. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Able to work independently.
4. Good customer service skills.
5. A good team player.
6. Good understanding of SB FRS.
7. Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Good presentation skills.
10. Able to multi-task.
11. Able to meet tight deadlines.
12. Knowledge of operating Oracle and WORKDAY accounting systems will be an added advantage.
