ST Engineering Hiring For Finance Executive at Singapore Full Time

Responsibilities

1. Verify and review invoices before payment processing.

2. Ensure that invoices are properly recorded in the accounting system.

3. Ensure that payments and reimbursements are processed timely.

4. Monitor bank balances to ensure that there are sufficient funds to meet future finance obligations.

5. Perform payment reconciliation for all payment methods.

6. Monitor open AP and ensure that these are processes within the credit period.

7. Prepare monthly AP ageing report.

8. Prepare monthly audit schedules.

9. Review Customer Master Records created by staff.

10. Reply to queries on payment related matters.

11. Provide guidance to team members.

12. Assist Finance Officer in process review and propose improvements.

13. Assist Finance Officer in preparing documents and reports needed by the auditors.

14. Any other tasks assigned by the Finance Officer.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CAT)

2. Minimum one year of relevant experience.

3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and WORKDAY accounting system.

4. Good customer service skills.

5. A good team player.

6. Good understanding of SB FRS.

7. Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Good written and verbal communication skills.

9. Good presentation skills.

10. Able to multi-task.

11. Able to meet tight deadlines.
