Molecular Laboratory Technician
Purpose of the role
To work as a technical staff member in the Molecular Diagnostics Department to support molecular testing across multiple areas within the LabMed Directorate. The main purpose of the role will be to provide molecular testing (including PCR and Sanger sequencing) for the Haemostasis Molecular Diagnostics (HMD) laboratory, the National MRSA Reference Laboratory, the Irish Mycobacteria Reference Laboratory and other departments as appropriate.
