Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2 / Helpdesk – Dublin North – Microsoft Technologies – Training & Certification for you.

You’ll need at least 2 years hands-on IT Support experience in a Microsoft environment i.e. Active Director, Office365 Admin, Windows 10, TCP/IP.

You must be based in Ireland, preferably near North Dublin & you must be legal to work in Ireland with the correct visa.

It is an opportunity which will give you training, experience, and allow you to follow the eventual path to Field Service Engineer work where you will work on interesting projects.

Requirements for IT Engineer Technical Support L2:

• Current IT Engineer or 2nd Level technical support experience with a Microsoft environment.
• Strong & Proven Technical Support, about 3+ years experience.
• IT skills Microsoft related e.g 365, windows etc.
• Windows 10
• Office365 Administration – Strong skills needed.
• Active Directory – you must have strong expeirence.
• Azure knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent people, communication, customer service skills.
• Based in Ireland right now, and legal to work here.
• Perfect clear English with excellent communication skills.

If you have experience or knowledge of the following technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Suite, 365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS – Domain Management, Firewalls, Sonic Wall, Networking. You will receive training with these technologies and more.

The client is based in North Dublin and is a small, growing IT services company, which offers an excellent happy work environment. The small team works very well together, and has a wonderful atmosphere, therefore the client wants a good Helpdesk IT Support Engineer who has a great attitude and ambitions to get to the next level.

As a Technical Support Helpdesk Engineer, you will need to have at least 2 – 3+ years current experience in 2nd level technical support, helpdesk and remote support work within a Microsoft environment using Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory with an interest in networking.

This is an excellent opportunity as you will get more exposure to field engineer work and larger networks through installations that you will work on. It is a bonus if you have a full Irish driving license.

You must be legal to work in Ireland & based near North Dublin.
