Staffing Services, Inc Hiring for $26/HR Document Control Specialist Job at Anaheim, CA Full Time

We are a vitamin manufacturing warehouse in the city of Anaheim who is currently looking for a 1st shift document control specialist, at $26/hr DOE.

Summary: The Document Control Specialist is responsible for the creation, management and maintenance of the GMP documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in training of plant personnel in SOPs and GMPs
• Review of finished product labels for regulatory compliance
• Assists management in creating quality plans and procedures
• Reviews documentation to assure accuracy, completeness and errors
• Performs reconciliation and closing of batch records
• Ensures timely release of finished goods
• Maintains and files quality records, reports, logs, etc.
• Manages document processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel
• Prepares complaint response for review and approval
• Assists in validation/verification efforts
• Coordinates, schedules and maintains calibration of laboratory and manufacturing equipment
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in data entry
• Label review for regulatory compliance
• Working knowledge of GMPs and FDA regulations
• General proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to work effectively in a fast paced work environment
• Basic Math skills
• Schedule 8am-4:30 pm (OT as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• English: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
