Staffline Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service administrator on behalf of our client based in Dundalk Co. Louth. The role would be suited to a candidate who has a strong background in customer service but also administration tasks.
Responsibilities can include:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Handling telephone, email and walk in inquires or any other customer requests.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Providing accurate updates to customers, as well as cost of services involved.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Building relationships with customers through great communication skills.
- Liaising with departments and suppliers when necessary.
- Preparing invoices.
Skills & attributes
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong phone and email contact handling skills and active listening

This is a fixed-term contract with an immediate start until December 31st 2022. Working days are Monday to Friday.
