Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity for a large and continuously growing company as a Help Desk Associate in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position is a remote position – working from home, they will provide all equipment, you provide high speed internet access. Some on site required so need to be in the area.
Our client is well established and well-known throughout the US! This position requires previous technical support, help desk or troubleshooting experience. Weekday with some weekend positions available. All 1st shifts.

We are looking for candidates with technical support, troubleshooting and previous help desk experience. The Help Desk Analyst provides remote technical support for various hardware and software applications across the enterprise. The Help Desk Analyst is the initial customer contact for issues within the organization.
