We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can provide efficient support to our executive team.As a Work From Home Personal Assistant at Stagway Global, you’ll provide comprehensive support to our executive team and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery. Working remotely, you’ll play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating travel arrangements, all while promoting sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the executive team’s schedules and appointments
- Handling correspondence and phone calls
- Making travel arrangements and organizing meetings
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed
- Assisting with personal tasks such as errands and household management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
