Stand Fast LLC Hiring for Virtual Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Stand Fast is a residential cleaning company in the CSRA market. We are looking for a self-starter and high professional indivisual to help support our daily operations.

This is a contract/ 1099 position to be served for a period of 90 days. Contractor will be given the opportunity to renew contract every 90 days contingent on performance.

This position is 100% virtual. You will receive self-paced assignments with deadlines with the exception of answering and returning live calls.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Answer Phone
• Customer service
• Scheduling/ Processing work orders
• Policy enforcement and dissemination
• Social Media Management
• Inside/phone Sales
• Administrative support (Executive/office)

· Schedule and coordinate walkthourghs, in home consultation, and pickups.

· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

· Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

· Create and maintain electronic filing systems

Tour of duty

9am – 4:00pm (on call)

Occasional Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
