Stanford Management is looking for a professional, organized, and self motivated individual to join our property management team.

In this position you work to support residents through identification and coordination resident services and assist the Property Management Team to ensure the highest level of compliance across programs.

The ideal candidate is an efficient and effective communicator and a patient and active listener with the desire to ask questions and learn from residents, supervisors, and co-workers. You are highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work in an autonomous manner while maintaining credibility within the organization and community.

Sample Tasks:

• Maintain organized & confidential files.
• Facilitate educational and community enhancing programs for residents and the community.
• Assist resident with benefit programs and services for which they are eligible.
• Establish and maintain contacts and visibility in the community through professional affiliations, networking, meetings with advisory and/or advocacy groups and others.
• Perform and coordinate other projects as outlined by the Property Manager and/or Senior Property Manager.
• Receive, sort and process mail, invoices, and correspondence.
• Utilize office equipment, email, and property software.
• Consistent with Stanford’s vision, mission, and values, demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude with executive staff, managers, residents, vendors and the public, whether contact is by mail, e-mail, telephone or in person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
