The Job:

As a President, Lowes you’ll be part of our US Retail Sales team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:

• Lead the sales team and cross functional initiatives with Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Brand Marketing to drive Lowes business ($2B+).
• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining critical business relationships with Lowes.
• Lead the team to fully own the entire sales cycle which includes listing management, promotional plans, day to day activities, marketing plans, and execution.
• Direct key supply chain and operations functions for forecast planning, in stock positions, new product roll outs, and fulfillment excellence overall.
• Provide competitive insights and recommendations to marketing teams
• Set OP plans and assure profitability of business by managing all budgets effectively.
• Respond to challenges with speed, agility and solutions.
• Effectively lead, manage and develop a team of Sales Directors and National Account Managers with a focus on building departmental bench strength and attracting top sales talent.

The Person:

• 15+ years of sales and/or marketing experience within the Consumer Goods Industry with a record of demonstrated achievement. Retail experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or relevant field required, MBA preferred.
• Effective project management and team management skills; ability to identify, manage and lead business initiatives.
• Knowledge of construction tools and accessory products is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
