As a Mill Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of production from weighing out & hand-adding feed ingredients, bagging feed, loading trucks, and maintaining inventory. In this role you will be a part of our 2nd shift team in Sparta, working the hours of 12:00pm – 8:30pm, Monday – Friday. Starting pay is $18.00+/hr. For your safety, keep in mind you will need to lift upwards of 60lbs and work in our extreme Wisconsin temperatures.
