About you

You have an uncanny knack for problem solving and you have a sharp product mindset. Our engineers are involved in all aspects of the software design process and create high-performing, scalable, and secure products.

You should also know that we are not limited to any Tech Stack, so all tech expertise is welcome to apply.

What we would love to see in your profile:

• You are passionate about product and shipping value to customers
• Strong systems thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to focus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently when required
• Ability to prioritise and escalate
• Experience with database design and development
• Working knowledge of web services and web technologies
• You are passionate about modernising and continuously improving a large codebase

Desired Experience:

• Junior: tertiary qualifications and demonstrable skill with the technologies listed below
• Mid: 1-2 years commercial experience as a developer
• Senior: 5+ years commercial experience as a developer, the ability to explain concepts and mentor junior developers
• Tech Lead: You are an experienced Tech Lead or have been in a Senior role for some time and are ready to take the next step.
• Principal Engineer: You are an experienced Principal Engineer or have been in a Senior Technical leadership role for some time and are ready to take the next step.
• Experience in documenting solutions
• .NET framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+
• Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET | Open-source web framework for .NET
• Web technologies – MVC, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS etc
• Azure SQL
• Azure DevOps
• Kubernetes
• Git
