Startex Industries Hiring for Order Entry Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for an Order Entry Specialist, who can handle repetitive tasks, while finding ways to optimize our current processes to make the experience of placing an order with us as fluid as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness

• Communicate with customers on any order discrepancies via email

• Accurately enter customer orders into Quickbooks and 3PL central

• About 20-30 new orders each day

• Request freight quotes from selected carriers

• Send tracking information to customer once an order has shipped

• Work closely with sales team to proactively find solutions for any problematic orders

• You have previous experience working with Quickbooks Enterprise

• You are comfortable using basic formulas in excel
