Salary: $2,653 to $3,227 per month (SR-06, Step C to H).
As a condition of employment with the State of Hawaii, all qualified external candidates who have been given a conditional offer of employment must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and shall be fully vaccinated by his/her/their employment start date. Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant’s qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Perform moderately complex clerical work involving various standard clerical routines that are carried out on a regular or rotational basis, in accordance with standard practice and instructions; and/or supervise and participate in performing simple and repetitive clerical work tasks that are primarily procedural in nature and carried out in accordance with specific instructions or clearly defined procedures; and perform other related duties as assigned.
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Basic Experience: Six (6) months of work experience which demonstrated knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and arithmetic; the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions; write simply and directly; and compare words and numbers quickly and accurately.

Driver’s License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver’s license at the time of appointment.
Physical Ability: Some positions may require lifting and carrying objects of varying weights without assistance or with the assistance of another person and/or the use of equipment (e.g., hoisting equipment, hand truck, etc.) for heavier loads, with or without reasonable accommodation.
