About the Job
As the BMV Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing frontline customer service operations, focusing on troubleshooting customer and employee issues with the goal of maintaining timely, secure, and orderly transactions for all customers. In this position, you will assist other branch employees in completing administrative transactions that support customer needs and day-to-day operations. In this position, you will also focus on Customer Service Representative scheduling, training, development, and mentoring.
A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
Assist leadership with scheduling for the branch
Ensure all staff is conducting their work in a polite and friendly manner while being mindful of timeliness
Aid Customer Service Representatives in the resolution of escalated customer complaints
Provide relief and support to frontline operations as needed
Manage scheduling for skills and testing appointments
Submit daily reports of all cash balances and deposits
Check transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper accounting
Assist with the daily opening and closing of the branch
Serve as the technical resource for all transactions, policies, and procedures

What You’ll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirement to be considered for employment:
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE).
Customer service experience
Ability to drive, and to assist with the training and development of BMV employees
Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time to branch locations, training, or branch-related community activities.
