State of New Jersey Hiring for Call Center Representative at Morristown, NJ Full Time

Contract duration : 3+ Months with the possibility of Extension

Job Functions:

• Candidates will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the scheduling and pre registering of our patients in various modalities.
• Candidates will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.
• Candidates will be expected to take and pass training sessions in various scheduling systems and the registration system to maintain employment.
• Candidates will be required to be a part of a virtual call center that will facilitate working from home as warranted.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Morristown, NJ 07960: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
