Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR)/OHF/ Jackie Withrow Hospital, Raleigh County – Assist the director of nursing and work closely with nursing staff in providing staff schedules, assignment sheets, maintaining absentee calendars, holiday schedules, monitoring staff license renewals, orientation of new staff, filing, typing, maintaining logs, answering telephone, relief for switchboard operators, and other duties as assigned.
Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.

THE POSITION:
Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR)/OHF/ Jackie Withrow Hospital, Raleigh County – Assist the director of nursing and work closely with nursing staff in providing staff schedules, assignment sheets, maintaining absentee calendars, holiday schedules, monitoring staff license renewals, orientation of new staff, filing, typing, maintaining logs, answering telephone, relief for switchboard operators, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. This facility is a tobacco free facility; however, you may be exposed to secondhand smoke as some residents who reside here are exempt. Applicants must successfully complete a background check.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
