Job Description
The business area, European Wind and Solar, is responsible for development and ownership of Wind, Solar and Grid Services assets in Europe. The business area is also responsible for the project execution of large projects in Statkraft.
Ensure the Project sets clear expectations and responsibilities with respect to Preparation for Operation
Ensure that the takeover of systems has been agreed with the construction project manager and in line with the Governance of the project
Ensure that all activities are planned, coordinated, managed, and communicated
Regularly report project status to the project owner or Project Manager
Report and follow up HSE in the Preparation for Operation project if applicable
Ensure that lessons learned from similar projects are assessed and applied if relevant
Ensure that lessons learned from the project are captured and shared in the project and to relevant line functional responsible
Assist Shared Services Support Manager to continuously improve and implement ways to improve/digitalise processes
Proactively engage with the Development team to report
Collaborate with team members to support both ongoing and upcoming projects
Support Europe with Preparation for Operation
Qualifications
Diploma in Project Management
Experience of working in construction or engineering related industry is desirable
Previous Project Handover Experience
Structured way of working with attention to detail
Strong technical and supportive mindset
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills enabling efficient cooperation across the team
Proficient in Office 365
Good communication and presentation skills
