Starting salary: $82,988 – $96,907 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga

As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll report to the Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (RATA). The RATA team is part of the wider People and Culture group at Stats NZ. The RATA team are responsible for assisting the organisation with all things recruitment, bringing new kaimahi into the Stats whānau and helping with internal movements and career advancement opportunities.

This Role Would Suit Someone Who Can Bring

• Strong track record of success in a high-volume recruitment advisory role while working within a government department
• Experience using Snaphire or a similar ATS and experience with reporting on recruitment activities / metrics
• Experience with DocGen, Docusign, Xref, CiAnywhere
• High proficiency with talent searching techniques and platforms (Boolean Searching, LinkedIn, SEEK Premium Talent Search etc)
• A high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to consult at all levels
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills to juggle competing deadlines
• Examples where you’ve demonstrated, encouraged, or supported diversity and inclusion
• Knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori, and engagement with local Iwi.
